Billionaire

Traditional building techniques have been incorporated into the design of the 36 villas by using a blend of hay, olive oil and egg white; there are 2-, 3- and 4-bedroomed villas, as well as 1-bedroom suites and superior rooms. The landscaping is constantly manicured by dedicated gardeners from the top to the bottom of the resort, creating a connection with nature. The resort uses a seawater purification system for irrigating the shrubs and trees, but when it does rain, the green roofs harvest the rainwater. Days unfold gently here. You might begin with a coffee and a croissant, or a slice of freshly baked sourdough at The Pantry, with a menu offering glutenfree, refined sugar-free and additive-free ingredients. From there, ease into a gym session, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. Nearby, a spa with a sauna and steam room and single or double massage treatment rooms are available to guests.

To unwind further, relax on a shaded sunbed. Later, take a leisurely stroll to the beach to enjoy the warmth of the sun and a dip in the sea. When it comes to dining, there are Mediterranean and international flavoured options. At Loft Elia, a Michelin Guide recommended restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served with wonderful views of the sea. Ters Köşe is a small seafood tavern with traditional blue tables and chairs surrounded by olive trees and sea views, and where Aegean mezes and freshly caught local fish are served. The resort’s private concierge is also on hand to help guests discover the island’s hidden gems, including local eateries, exclusive boutiques and historical sites. They will also arrange trips to some of the island’s other beaches and exclusive beach clubs, either on the private boat shuttle or through a private yacht charter.
